We Bid adieu to Connie

This January, the Project Hope board bid farewell to Connie Malone, who along with her husband, Pat, founded Project Hope in 2006. Those who know Malone well know that stepping away from the board only frees her up to continue her conspiracy of goodness around the neighborhood, but her vivacity, passion, and general neighborliness will be sorely missed by the board. We just hired our first Executive Director, Joel Williamson, to lead our organization through its next phase of life. Project Hope provides the means for disadvantaged youth in Spokane's West Central and Emerson Garfield neighborhoods to escape poverty and gang affiliation through entrepreneurial initiatives.
